Publications of AIU students in the scientific journal “Studencheskiy vestnik

The publication of students' scientific articles in scientific journals is an important stage in academic development. In addition, it may increase their chances of enrolling in graduate school or receiving a scholarship for further education.

In April, 3rd-year students of the Department of Linguistics of the “Ala-Too” International University published their articles in the Russian journal Studencheskiy vestnik. The works of the linguists were written in Russian and English with the scientific supervisor Kunduz Akimkanova. Below is a list ofstudents and their topics:

  3. Belekova Zhumagul – Features of literary translation of idioms
  4. Ibrahimova Fatima – Features of literary translation of idioms
  5. Islamova Muharramkhon – Peculiarities youth slang in the series “Friends”
  6. Madaminova Muazzamkhon – Simultaneous translation as a science, its features and subtleties
  7. Marazhapova Zharkynai – Translation of Phraseological Units of Kyrgyz Language into English Language in Movie “Ayash 2”
  8. Mirlan kyzy Miraida – Simultaneous translation as a science, its features and subtleties
  9. Raimzhanova Zhansuluu – Analysis of Filmonyms from English into Russian
  10. Takenova Aigerim – Translation of proper nouns from Kyrgyz and Russian into English
  11. Chortonova Elina – Translation of proper nouns from Kyrgyz and Russian into English
  12. Ermatova Begimai – Peculiarities youth slang in the series “Friends”

The scientific journal “Studencheskiy vestnik” is published 4 times a month. The journal metadata is hosted on the platform eLIBRARY.RU. Articles of students, undergraduates and postgraduates are accepted.
