On March 2, 2024, AIU hosted the AIUBoosting4D Hackathon organized by the Institute for Advanced Training and Continuing Education. The event aimed to stimulate innovation in university activities through artificial intelligence (AI). Teams proposed models for inclusive education, dictionary development, self-education, and a creative studio for students. 

The hackathon also tackled challenges such as supporting student business incubators and assisting foreign applicants and students, suggesting solutions like AI support services and chatbots. Lecturers from the Linguistics department actively participated, focusing on the role and application of AI in education for accessibility and inclusion. The event presented practical proposals with the potential to benefit the university community and encourage innovative thinking.
